Hello Ladies.. Our class on  Monday and Thursday at 6pm.This class is designed to strengthen your cardiovascular system, flexibility, tone, increase lean muscle, weight reduction, and just have FUN. We will also be strengthening our relationship with God by developing a healthy, spiritual loving, faithful heart.
